•  Classic GAP Insurance - GAP Insurance protects your vehicle lease or loan.  If a total loss occurs, GAP Insurance will pay the difference between the actual cash value of the vehicle and the current outstanding balance on your loan or lease.  For example, your vehicle has depreciated from $25,000 to $20,000 when your car is totaled, but your auto loan's balance is still $27,000.  So, there is a $7,000 "gap" between what the insurance company will pay for the vehicle and what you have financed.  GAP Insurance will cover this difference, and in some cases GAP may also pay your deductible.  This insurance is a must for all those financing or leasing a vehicle.
